On October 9, a delegation led by António Feijó, President of the Board of Trustees of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial.

The members of the delegation were welcomed and accompanied by Lusine Abrahamyan, Deputy Director of the AGMI for Museum Affairs, who presented the history of the creation, architectural design, and significance of the memorial complex.

During the visit, the guests laid flowers at the Eternal Flame, paying tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Afterward, the delegation visited the museum's permanent and temporary exhibition halls, where they learned about the history of the Armenian Genocide, its stages of execution, the human and cultural losses of the Armenian people, as well as the ongoing efforts toward preserving and transmitting the memory of the genocide.

At the end of the visit, António Feijó, President of the Board of Trustees of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, signed the Guest of Honor Book of the Armenian Genocide Museum.
