Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhijevan are organizing an international conference under the title “Genocide as Spiritual-Moral Crime against Humanity”.
The conference will take place in 23-24 October 2015 at Armenian Monastery Complex of Moscow.
The purpose of the conference is the comprehensive study of the issue of the genocide; the greatest crime against humanity.
The conference will be participated by 35 renowned Armenologists and genocide scholars from 15 countries; Russia, Canada, Brazil, Australia, France, Denmark, Austria, US and others. The presentations will discuss various topics; Genocide as humanitarian disaster, and cause for the destruction of moral and spiritual basis of the society, the role of Armenian Apostolic church and other churches in the time of genocide and overcoming its consequences, the legal standpoints of Armenian Genocide recognition, the reflection of Armenian Genocide in literature, fine arts, cinematography and music and other actual issues.
