Poland Parliament Resolution

The Polish Parliament, on the basis of Art.33 of the rules of the Polish Parliament - after agreement with the Senior's MP Club, presents the draft of the following resolution:

  • On the 90th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in Turkey during the 1st World War.

The resolution is motivated by the representative of the Presidium of the Polish Parliament.

Art 33 of the Sejm regulation

On the 90th anniversary of the genocide committed on the Armenians in Turkey during the 1st World War.

Sejm/Parliament/of the Republic of Poland pays its respects to the victims of the genocide committed on the Armenians in Turkey during the 1st World War.

The memory of the victims, the crime committed and the need to condemn it is a moral obligation for the whole of humanity, all nations and people of good will.

Temporary exhibitions dedicated to the Armenian Genocide

During 2015, within the framework of the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the AGMI plans to organize nearly twenty different multilingual exhibitions of new scientific scholarship using modern technologies and design in different countries simultaneously. There will be accompanying exhibition leaflets, catalogues and booklets in Armenian and foreign languages. In parallel, the AGMI plans to publish memoirs and monographs in Armenian and foreign languages.

Murad Kyurikyan - one of the famous figures of Hunchak party from Sebastia. He was arrested in 1915. After being subjected to unimaginable sufferings for 40 days,he was violently killed. Victim of Armenian Genocide.
